Many said that this movie is one freakin scary and based on true story, so I challenged myself to watch it. Turns out, it's not that scary as I imagine it would be. But, if you never watched scary movie before, prepare yourself for this one.
Synopsis:
"In 1971, Carolyn and Roger Perron move their family into a dilapidated Rhode Island farm house and soon strange things start happening around it with escalating nightmarish terror. In desperation, Carolyn contacts the noted paranormal investigators, Ed and Lorraine Warren, to examine the house. What the Warrens discover is a whole area steeped in a satanic haunting that is now targeting the Perron family wherever they go. To stop this evil, the Warrens will have to call upon all their skills and spiritual strength to defeat this spectral menace at its source that threatens to destroy everyone involved." During the movie, I kept saying to my friends "if I were them, I would definitely go out from the house and find a safe place." I don't know why whenever they heard some weird sound, they would go themselves to find out what's that. Maybe I am the coward type #hahahaha... I would definitely run away and find someone to accompany me. #lol.
The possessed doll always make me freak out. perhaps I watch too many Chucky's movie, that's why I hate to have that kind of doll. But, the original Annabelle is completely different from the movie. Wanna see the real one....??
