Movie Review: Priest

Priest's Niece is kidnapped!
Ever wonder why it's always a pretty girl who got kidnapped by bad guy in a movie? I think it's because:

1. The movie won't interesting without pretty girl.
2. The story plot is so bad, so they need to put pretty girl in it :p

That goes to the movie, Priest, American supernatural action movie based on Korean comic of the same title, or Manhwa in Korean language. In an alternate world, humanity and vampires have warred for centuries. After the last Vampire War, the veteran Warrior Priest (Paul Betanny) lives in obscurity with other humans inside one of the Church's walled cities.

The Priest
When the Priest's niece (Lily Collins) is kidnapped by vampires, the Priest breaks his vows to hunt them down. He is accompanied by the niece's boyfriend (Cam Gigandet), who is a wasteland sheriff, and a former Warrior Priestess (Maggie Q). ~ Synopsis from Wikipedia.

Watch in 3D
You can also watch this movie in 3D. Well, I chose not to.. :p

Overall, I think this movie is just another cliche vampires movie, but one good point that makes this movie different with others is the climax. Watch this, and you'll see the climax is not bad at all, in fact, that's the only thing that in the end, I didn't regret to watch it.. =P

Enjoy your movie,
